This level of investment allows for more extensive floral coverage, layered and intricate designs, premium blooms, and a highly customized stylistic approach.
Weddings $19,000 and above
The luxury floral experience—one that transforms your venue and creates an unforgettable, visually rich atmosphere through intentional design, abundant florals, and bespoke details. This level of investment allows for full creative expression, premium sourcing, and large-scale installations that make a lasting impression.
SERVICES
Professional Setup & Floral Styling
This service typically includes:
Careful transport of all wedding florals in climate-controlled vehicles
On-site placement and styling of ceremony and reception flowers according to the agreed design plan
Proper hydration and finishing touches to ensure flowers look as fresh as possible throughout your event
Coordination with venue staff or planners to follow specific timelines and layout plans
Additional details:
Delivery and set-up fees are based on venue location, number of floral pieces, and installation complexity
Delivery of bridal party flowers ONLY begins at $100
Breakdown and/or floral and rental pick-up after the event may be charged separately or included depending on the scope of work
Please note that destination weddings (such as Calgary, Banff, Jasper, British Columbia, etc.) have additional travel and accommodation
associated fees that will be determined on a per wedding basis

It is important to note that the prices listed below are typical price averages per piece, and are meant to act as an initial guideline; value does vary greatly based on seasonal floral and foliage varieties. Depending on overall budget and stylistic preference, your custom designed wedding florals may fall outside of these initial price ranges.

THE INVESTMENT
All clients experience a 1 hour, in-depth virtual consultation (in person upon request) with our designers in order to help us understand your love story, style, aesthetic color palette, and overall wedding vision.
Following the consultation, you’ll receive a custom floral design proposal paired with a thoughtfully curated digital mood board, created specifically for your celebration. This visual guide helps bring your ideas to life and ensures every detail aligns with your overall aesthetic.
As your wedding day approaches, we remain by your side with ongoing design guidance and refinements, ensuring your floral vision continues to evolve seamlessly and feels intentional, cohesive, and uniquely yours.
FaBLOOMosity sources premium, high quality blooms and foliages from primarily local farms, not excluding worldwide farms and growers (such as Holland, South America, South Africa, etc.), which are delivered a few days in advance. In the days leading up to your wedding, we tend to your florals with utmost care to ensure the best quality and maximum freshness for your big day. Processing, rehydrating, depetalling and cleaning of each and every stem is completed delicately and with precision, with every flower holding it’s value. Once flowers have arrived and have been processed, in the days leading up to the wedding, we will begin designing ceremony and reception pieces, bouquets, and so much more.
Larger installations, like ground-supported archways or location dependent designs will be built on-site the day of so the scale and mechanics of the venue are used effectively, and bloom quality and longevity is protected.
Designs and stem by stem recipes are created custom for each client based on their specific needs and desires.
